Email Campaign Manager is a great new function that provides distributors the ability set-up and manage their own email campaigns to prospects. Campaigns consist of setting up a campaign, getting corporate approval for the various messages and scheduling the dates to automatically send. Prospects can be added numerous ways such as through a contact form, banner links and forms, etc.

The Charity/Donation feature is a form the distributor completes. It asks what percentage they want deducted from their monthly or semi-monthly or weekly commission check. The system deducts that amount from their commissions.

Overview : The PLC functions like
a credit card, it is neither a credit card nor a debit card.
All transactions are “point-of-sale” for immediate deposit
or use. The use of the PLC for payment of orders requires
the submission of the card number and expiration date. The
use of a CVV code is optional.
Types
of Private Label Cards (PLC):
Wallet
or Personal Use: This PLC can have additional
funds placed on the card. Only one is issued to a distributor.
The PLC is issued at the time of the first deposit transaction
for the distributor. Suggested uses for the Wallet would
include:
- Payment of weekly
Fast Start type commissions
- Payment of net
party plan credits
- International
– many international customers do not have access to
credit cards. This allows the distributor to wire or
transfer funds to the company, the funds are placed
on the Wallet and the distributor is then able to signup
other distributors and order product.
- Allow prepayment
of funds via wire or check for future use in purchasing
product
- Easy use by
distributor for personal product purchases
- Use by the company
and distributor saves the company the expense of checks,
debit card or ACH fees when paying the commissions and
the expense of credit card fees when processing order
payments
Gift
Card: This PLC is a one-time issued card in
a specific predetermined amount. It cannot have additional
funds added to its balance. Once it is depleted it is invalid.
Suggested uses for the Gift Card would include:
- Distributors
sending “gift cards” to potential customers or existing
customers as a thank you, Christmas gift, birthday gift,
signup fees, etc.
- Gift card purchases
by a distributor will cause the gift card information
to be sent to the distributor. It will not be sent to
the recipient by the system. The distributor will send
the gift card to the recipient.
- The company
sending a “gift card” to a customer as a thank you or
apology.
- A small one-time
reward to distributors for a specific achievement
- Product type
distributor rewards, such as “$50 in product.”
- Offering complimentary
signup fees or registration fees.
- Each Gift Card
item code has a specific country and amount associated
with it.
Distributor
Backoffice Display : The backoffice menu option
allows the distributor to see their Wallet balance and transaction
history. There is also a display for all Gift Cards purchased
by the distributor that indicates purchase date, order,
amount and person sent to if the name was provided at checkout
and the use date, order and ID. The Gift Card display can
be designated as Open and Closed cards.
Using
The Wallet/Redeeming Gift Cards : The PLC is simply
another pay type for an order. It is used in the same manner
as a credit card. There is a section on the checkout page
labeled Wallet or Gift Card and a logo specific to the client
that is provided by the client (similar to the Visa card
logo). The user enters the Wallet/Gift Card Number, CVV
code if required, expiration date and amount to be charged
against the card. The card can be used in conjunction with
a regular credit card, ACH or other payment method accepted
by the client for the specified order type. The PLC can
be used for any order type and can be included or excluded
as a Party pay type. The system deducts the amount from
the PLC when the order is submitted.
