Our group is a combination of seasoned mlm software veterans who have worked
on this software system for many years along with new generation personnel
who constantly look for new innovative technologies to enhance the products
and services.
Doug Panelley is one example of an exceptional team member. He is a highly
respected mlm industry guru for technology and compensation plans. He has
been in the mlm software business since 1988 and is a key member of the team.
Doug headed up the technology and compensation plan division of the former
industry leading mlm software company called 2021. Doug is the mastermind
and architect of the software system and data center. He also is mentoring
many of his staff members.
Our business model is based on a straight forward, value-to-value business

My background consists of graduating from college with a double major in
Business & Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA). I’ve
worked for two Fortune 500 companies, an Inc. 500 company, and built several
multi-million dollar companies. I truly understand entrepreneurialism along
with corporate culture. The iMatrix group is a combination of both!
My venture into the mlm industry includes being a Distributor, Vice President
of a mlm software company, and the invaluable experience of being the President
of a fast growing international mlm company.
I spent many years in the commercial software field prior to the mlm software
industry and know the vast difference between commercial software and mlm
software. MLM software is very unique because it includes many mainstream
software applications all combined into one system. An example of this is
commission tracking, genealogies, reports, order entry, 1099's, sales tax,
inventory, shopping carts, etc. Another reason it is so unique is because
every client has a different compensation plan, rules, parameters, objectives,
3rd party integrations, and business models.
I speak at many events each year on behalf of our clients. I love talking
to the distributors and seeing how excited they get about the technological
tools that can help them increase their business, or to simply make it easier
for them to keep track of their information. I completely understand the
perspective of the distributor and the mlm company. I have walked the walk
and talked the talk, and still do everyday!
I am often asked why I am in this business. My answer is always the same,
namely that my team and I have the wonderful opportunity to make a difference
in this world by assisting our clients to develop successful mlm companies
that can help many people.
Your choice of software provider is one of the most important decisions you
will have to make in your business. I strongly advise you to choose a proven,
stable and reliable mlm software system that has a highly experienced staff.

Our clients are our main focus and concentration. We certainly enjoy working
with new clients who are start-ups, established mlm companies, and established
companies that are looking to create a new channel of distribution in the
mlm industry. We are only looking to create relationships with ethical companies.
